A Symmetry‐based Kinematic Theory for Nanocrystal Morphology Design

چکیده
Das Wachstum von kristallinen Nanopartikeln (NP) umfasst im Allgemeinen drei Prozesse: Keimbildung, und die Entwicklung der Form. Von diesen Prozessen ist Formentwicklung trotz Bedeutung Morphologie für Eigenschaften NP am wenigsten verstanden. Hier beschreiben wir eine symmetriebasierte kinematische Theorie (SBKT) auf klassischen Wachstumstheorien basiert, um den Prozess zu veranschaulichen. Auf Grundlage des Kristallgitters, Keim- (oder Kern-) Symmetrie bevorzugten Wachstumsrichtungen unter experimentellen Bedingungen kann SBKT Wachstumstrajektorien Die erfüllt konventionellen Kriterien wichtigsten bestehenden Theorien das Kristallwachstum bietet Werkzeuge zum besseren Verständnis Symmetriebrechens während Wachstums anisotroper Strukturen. Darüber hinaus wird komplexe dendritische sowohl theoretisch als auch experimentell nachgewiesen. Damit sie einen Ansatz zur Erklärung erweitert Vorhersage Morphogenese Fälle, anderen nicht erfasst werden können.
